Art of light


When talking about light, it is worth visiting cities where light shows take place.

In the city where Mikołaj Kopernik was born, i.e. in Toruń, an amazing festival of light takes place every year- Bella Skyway Festiwal

At the end of August, crowds gather in the streets of Toruń to participate in a unique performance

Tourists who come from all over the world have the opportunity to see laser shows on important city buildings. It's not everything. The city is full of light installations.

However, it is worth taking a map with you to find the most interesting places.

The authors of these works are people who come from the farthest corners of the world.

Sometimes aircraft shows are organized.

Every few minutes, short films ideally suited to the shape of the object appear on the buildings.

The city really shines these days.

Every year different installations are shown, artists outdo each other in ideas.

This is a great promotion for Toruń, because such light shows are organized only in a few cities in Poland.

Talking about the art What is art these days? Over the years, this concept has changed its meaning. Does art have any limits?  We have been talking about art since ancient times. At that time, works were created depicting symbolically deities or small bronze and clay figurines. One of the most famous artists of all time, Michelangelo created during the  Renaissance. His works are dazzling. The famous sculpture of David from marble- this is somthing really sophisticated. Paintings painted by realists with particular attention to detail. And what constitutes art today? The famous fountain created by the French artist Marcel Duchamp (for those who don't know it is a bidet that has been signed as a fountain) or a painting that represents a white square on a white background.  It is difficult to compare a sculpture made of a very difficult material which is marble to a bidet but  who really defines the framework of art?

Signs of autumn are slowly coming through the windows. The leaves change colors, the air is not so warm anymore. There are still quite a few sunny days and it makes me very happy, but the thought of autumn is also quite pleasant. I would like to present a few reasons why autumn is cool: 1. The leaves change their colors, which creates a wonderful view outside the window 2. Chestnuts are starting to fall from the trees and you can make funny creatures of them 3. Autumn is the perfect time for evenings with a cup of hot chocolate and your favorite book or movie 4. You can dress wellies and you can also  slosh around in puddle I personally love autumn because I can wear my warm sweaters and thick socks M. source: https://embroiddesigns.com/images/product/SW08129-sweater-weather-embroidery-design.jpg
